Had to wait 45 minutes in the airport before the driver came. And with to small kids and a flight from Europe to New York, then 45 minutes is a long time, when you expect that the driver is ready when you arrive in the terminal..

Dreadful experience. Instructions were to call for the driver using the phone at the front desk. That was fine. The instruction was were then to wait for the driver. However the driver turned up 3hours before we exited security at 11pm, and refused to come back to pick us up. To put this in context I'm a single mother travelling with my daughter. And they REFUSED to come back and pick us up, even although we'd prepaid, and it was late at night. On the return they were 20mins late. I had to call and complain, then the driver turned up. Terrible service, my advice to anyone who wants a reliable and safe service, get a yellow cab.
