I would have to rate this experience a solid 2 stars. The reason for my low rating, is because we were booked for 3-hours, but Michelle ended it after only an hour and half which also included an orientation. The total amount of time spent in the water itself was, at most, 45 minutes. When we asked why it ended early, she offered to go back to the water for half an hour more which doesn’t even equate to the full 3 hours we paid for. It is a very expensive course at $250 each person. Granted we didn’t have any experience with scuba diving (it says no experience necessary) and had a rocky start in the beginning but soon, we got comfortable and had no issues later on. We were very comfortable and even wanted to go deeper. We didn’t even get to see much aquatic life, other than a turtle. We saw more turtles and aquatic life when snorkeling by ourselves in the later days.

Aloha Adam🌈
I truly enjoyed meeting you and am very sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your experience.
I pride myself in providing the upmost safe and thorough training, as well as making the right call when it comes to safety.
As a scuba instructor, safety is always my top priority and responsibility.
After several attempts to descend and needing to surface, I felt that the safest call for your comfortability would be to remain on the surface and explore the reef from above.
I do apologize that our experience was cut short, which I happily accounted for by refunding half of your payment.
I do hope to get the chance to explore the sea with you again and improve upon your experience🧜♀️
