Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For large groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or eight per limousine but only can accept 4 LUGGAGE BAGS.

Car was not there on arrival. Phone number on paperwork was invalid. Finally got hold of someone and he explained they were busy and driver would be late. We had to find her and carry all of our luggage to see that she arrived in a large van which was very difficult for my husband to get in to. This was way too expensive for this experience. The driver was very nice once we found her.

Our driver Rick, communicated so well with us, giving us specific directions on where to meet when we got off the plane. He greeted us, and not only got us to our destination safely, but took us through downtown to get us to our airbnb giving us a little tour. When we arrived to our airbnb he got out and waited to be sure the door code worked before just leaving us out in the cold. So thoughtful and caring! Highly recommend! Thank you Rick!
