One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle/minivan

Very stressful experience Received message while in flight that I must call or car will be delayed. Can not call while in flight. After 2 phone calls and waiting 30 minutes car finally showed. Unacceptable to book and prepay to be expected to wait and be uncertain if car is even coming. Would be hesitant to use Viator to book anything else after this experience.

Timely and enjoyable ride from the airport to our hotel with our driver Kendrick. Clean and comfortable car. By reading the instructions for confirming the reservation and how to contact the office upon arrival it was definitely a 5* ride!

WORST private transfer service I have ever had. They did not pick us up on time, we had to wait 30 min , called the office x3 not very helpful. The driver was horrible! Was just about to hire another company and pay x 2 for one transfer from airport to hotel when the driver showed up. What a huge disappointment, we had a driver through Viator in NYC that rocked it, and for work I use a service all the time so I have alot to compare to. WORST WORST WORST from every aspect. Not showing up and waiting for us , to office folks were not helpful or understanding, somewhat rude, and then to get the driver we did, telling us we had to pay cash for the toll road , was not informed about this and we did not have the right change so paid more than what the toll was . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Never again.
