Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle/minivan

We had specifically booked a private transfer from the airport to our hotel, we were very disappointed to find that we had to share our transport with another couple. The vehicle itself was fine and the transfer quick, but it wasn't what we booked.

Too much farting about with expensive phone calls, told to wait with the other private transfers and car would be 10 minutes, 40 minutes later and two calls it eventually arrived, no apology ,
Now we've been and seen Frankly in future will either use the mass port bus at 7:50 single which we used for our return and was excellent or the transit system.

I would not even rate this a one star..... Was supposed to be picked up at airport but no show. Phoned the company five times to be put on hold then cut off. Tried to contact Viator via mail and telephone to complain but not answer and page would not allow me to send mail and telephone lines constantly busy.
