Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle/minivan

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

My driver was great and my the was clean. There was an extra fee for around $13 which I thought was pretty ridiculous. I also was unclear of what this fee was for. Luckily I had cash on my but for this I won't take it again.

Diabolical! Contact numbers didn't connect but eventually got call from them but they didn't show up at Limo stand. Eventually got back to them via very helpful taxi driver but they came up with some lame excuse about their driver locking himself out of car and a replacement car waiting but couldn't find them anywhere. Eventually gave up and used abovementioned taxi driver so paid twice!!!. Would use them again on this experience. I would rate them as nil stars but system won't let me leave rating blank
