I'm done with this car service. I've used it for many years and there has always been terrible communication between the dispatcher and the drivers. The latest example is that the company believes that a car is big enough for three people in the back seat - but there is only room for two passengers to comfortably place their feet on the floor; the middle passenger has to place their feet on either side of the center bump. When the company calls to discuss the issue, the answer I received was since there are not a lot of cars, they now consider smaller cars "luxury sedans". Do not be fooled by the photo they show, you will most probably NOT receive the size sedan you expect. The driver was rude, said I should have paid for a van and was constantly checking his phone which was in his right hand most of the drive from Queens into Manhattan.
