Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle

It took us over two hours to get through security at Chicago, but when I called to say we wer through and ready for pick up, there was no problem. We were told were to wait and the car number and within 5 minutes our transport arrived. The driver was really helpful and friendly, the car was spotless and comfortable. At the end of a 9 1/2 hour flight this was just what we needed, a no hassle transfer. I wouldn't hesitate to use service again and would recommend it to everyone. Smart, clean, hassle free, friendly service. Well done and thank you, a great start to our holiday.

Great way to arrive at our hotel from the airport and refreshingly fuss free after an already long journey. Pre tar rival process gir confirming arrival details a bit cumbersome but, overall a very good service.
