Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle

Had to ring to get driver to attend in nyc they were there waiting Chicago company need to improve

Awful- I had phoned up the day before to confirm and was told my driver would be waiting in baggage claim and that there was no need to phone unless they were not there
Upon arrival they were not there so I duly proceeded to phone the telephone numbers supplied - I had to try numerous times and got through to an operator who told me they no longer dealt with this company ?

Having received no answer on the 2nd supplied number and having toured the terminal inside and out to check for my driver I proceeded to the taxi queue - very disappointing costly and a lot of extra hassle in future I will just use the very efficient taxi services at airports

No one there to meet us as promised despite the confirmation call as instructed . When i finally managed to get through on the phone i was given a car reg to look out for outside . It was the wrong plate . Eventually we found our driver by asking around the waiting vehicles .. Not a great start to our trip
