Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle

There was a bit of confusion about where we get the car from and phone calls to the company and the driver. We found the driver finally but he was very arrogant and made a comment that was quite condescending

What a great way to start our weekend. I completely surprised everyone with the limo at the airport. We ran into some logistically problems getting everyone together and were actually an hour late, but there was our car waiting for us. The driver kept in constant contact with me via cell phone until we were all gathered and picked up. The car was spotless, inside and out. The ride was very outstanding and the price was excellent.

It was so nice to have someone pick us up at the airport and take us to our hotel in downtown Chicago. The car arrived quickly after we called the dispatcher. The driver was very pleasant and pointed out landmarks on the way. We would recommend this service.
