The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle

The collection from the airport was very smooth I used the contact telephone number provided the car arrived 5 Minutes later.
The Driver was very Plesant, the car was a good standard and clean, it was an excellent service I will use again and recomend to anybody.

Taxis in Chicago are expensive and distance form O Hare can be 1 hour. so pre booking and paying helped as we arrived at O Hare at peak time.
Would use again.

After a tedious transatlantic flight it's nice to be picked up by a well dressed and polite driver and in a new and immaculate car. Particularly as in our case it was rush hour and pouring with rain. No worries about potential problems with dubious taxi drivers. One phone call after picking up the bags from the carousel and the car was there in less than five minute.
