The Car we booked was not at the airport as there was a delay at Customs, but we thought the Company would check up on this! so very disapointing as we paid for something we did not get!!!! As we had to give a rating it realy should have no star!!!
Driver took us to wrong Marriot Hotel, which we were not aware of until after he had left, which caused us additional expense in a taxi!!
We called the driver on the number given arrived within 5 mins. When I asked him if he had details of Hotel he said Yes. He dropped us to the Springhall Suites Marriott just outside the airport, we got out he left. This was the wrong hotel. We were booked in the Springhall Suites Marriott Downtown Chicago approx an hour away! Having called the car company concerned i asked to be collected and taken to the correct Hotel. She said she would speak to her manager. Half hour later still holding on the Hotel said the phone had been hung up. So we had to get a taxi to the correct Hotel costing a further 90 dollars! This was our first day in the USA not a good start. However having complained to Viator they have refunded the original cost of the limousine but the stress and using up holiday dollars was not good. I would not recommend this car company as the after sales they were not interested in when a problem occured.
