I was told my husband only had to ring the telephone number , say trip was prebooked and the taxi would be 2 minutes,, after a long flight he phoned the number several times to be cut off, the reception desk at airport managed to get through eventually and he had to wait an hour, We were not very pleased with the service and would never use it again
No car on arrival, after following the instructions given ie. phoning an confirming arrival the day before from UK. and passed about like a Parcel.
I had to search around arrivals for the Driver then borrow a phone to contact the company on arrival at O'Hare Airport, Chicago, they said they were awaiting confirmation of my arrival from Carmel?? It took an hour to sort out a car in all, not what you need after a long haul flight. When the car arrived, the driver was very good and did the job efficiently and did his best to negate the stress the pick up was intended to relieve.
We arrived on an AA flight from Canada at terminal 5. When I phoned I was told to go to 3D not knowing that we were in terminal 5 I quickly found out that we now had to go from Terminal 5 to 3 which took longer than the 10 minutes when the driver was to pick us up. When we finally found 3D we waited for about 10 minutes and when the driver arrived he said he had been waiting for us at another 3D. We pointed out that where we were standing was also 3D. He was not pleased and actually left a message on our phone stating his displeasure. If he had let us explain the mix up things would have been better. I would have assumed if you had our flight number it would have shown that we were an international flight and not domestic and it would have said what terminal we were to arrive at.
So i would suggest that you also ask for the terminal that people are arriving at when you collect the information about arrivals and departures, especially at O'Hare.
