  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Despite having spoken with the company prior to travel to have to inexplicably explain that a pick up time scheduled for the exact time of arrival of the international flight, would not work, the car still arrived early and, having waited an hour during which time we were claiming a lost bag, departed and counted us as a ā€œno-show.ā€ After exiting the baggage claim area and explaining our situation, after getting cut off the phone twice, we were told that no car was coming as they had already come and gone. By that time we had internet access and saw they had left a message on our home phone in Europe asking where we were. Completely unacceptable and inexcusable.
