We booked a ride from the airport to the cruise terminal, our booking was confirmed immediately and then confirmed the week of. We didn’t hear from a driver until less than 12 hours before our ride instead of the 24-48 hours ahead that they say they will contact. Once contacted the driver said they couldn’t drive us to our destination unless we paid him even more money even though our trip had already been confirmed by them and paid for. We said we would not pay more and our ride canceled. We asked for a refund and we’re told they would, we have seen no refund.
