As a travel agent, I booked 4 SUVs for a group of 20. I personally confirmed the trip 3 times through Viator and Carmel. They called my client 2 days before to confirm the trip. Less than 24 hours in advance of the pick up, they called my client again and proceeded to cancel because they did not have enough cars to handle the group. Be very wary.
