Total waste of time. It took hours to finally come to the conclusion that Viator doesn’t service the hotel we are booked into. The first call I made put me on hold “to check something” and I hung up after 28 minutes. I have always used Viator but will consider other options after this experience.

Large Ford van, clean and modern. Steven the driver was courteous and friendly. Super helpful with luggage and info about area.
