Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This transfer was booked through my travel agent. I was told the transfer was round trip. The service was great picking up at the airport. The driver, Rejean was nice and knowledgeable about Key West. However, I had to contact the service due to not receiving any pickup information I contacted them. First I was told That they didn’t have a return reservation for me. Then they told me if I pay an additional $100 they would arrange a pick up for me. I hung up and called my travel agent who in turn called the service. My agent never uses a service that isn’t round trip and I was told that upon booking my transfer they even asked my departure information. I ended up scheduling an Uber for my return trip. I would never recommend this service. They are a rip off! I paid almost $150 for a very short trip from the airport to my resort without a return trip to the airport! Then they had the nerve to ask for more money for a return trip to the airport!
