  • The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
  • Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
  • International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan

I read all the negative reviews and decided to book an LAX pick up through them anyways. It was such a great experience. There was an error when booking through Viator so Carmel Limo contacted me right away to get the correct information. When I landed I got a call and a text from my driver Debra and once I had my luggage and arrived at the curb she picked me up within mere minutes. After gratuity and the $4 LAX fee this was still a great deal and most convenient way to get picked up after a 20 hour trip. Will book again.

Service, once arrived and through the never ending call waiting messages was great, car clean, as described. Frustrating that the driver charged us for parking at the airport though, this should have been explained

I booked this for ride for my mother, who is older and was traveling (arriving to Los Angeles) around 530pm and needed to be taken to a hotel. I spoke to the driver and told him the ride was for my mother, her English was very limited and she moved slow. I also told him I was in Chicago. The driver was graceful and the ride was fine. The challenge was that I got a call late in the evening from a gentleman who said he needed my credit card because he forgot to get a surcharge and did not get a tip. He was a bit brusk. I explained I was in another state and had to check with my mother who had actually taken the ride. The tone changed and he said he would call back. The call came from Golden Finances and Spinner- not a name I will release my cc info to. My mom told me the driver, William, was very professional and kind. She did give him a tip. I did not get another call but I did reach out to Viator offering to pay if I owed something. I believe that if the drier did not collect a fee, that is on them. But I am a bit concerned that a caller would be so rough. I am not giving my information if cc number out like that. I am a bit surprised about the tip demand, specially after one was given. I paid $110 US for a ride from LAX to Marina del Rey. I believe this is settled. I have used viator overseas with much success and I have enjoyed the service. This is the first time I have an issue.
