I have used black car service through Viator in the past and the experience has been top-notch. However, this service was not so great. The driver gave me very vague directions on where to meet him at the airport. The phone number that was provided, did not work when I called the driver. So I spent a lot of time sending text messages back-and-forth trying to find his location. Once I located the driver, he did not assist with the bags at all. In addition, I was accustomed to a more higher class vehicle, however it was a black Toyota Camry. I would use this service again, only because I have experienced great customer service in the past. I would have probably been better serve, just taking a taxi based upon this experience.
