No one was at the airport as promised. When I texted the driver that was supposed to arrive, he told me that earlier that day the main office canceled my trip and said that they would assign it to another driver. They didn’t, and they didn’t call me and share this information. Thankfully, the original driver was dropping off another passenger at the airport and was able to pick us up about an hour later. When the office texted me the following day to see if we made it from Miami to Fort Lauderdale, I relayed my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication. In response, I was told that they were glad that it worked out. Nothing more. I’ll never use them again. The reason for two stars is that the driver was fantastic once we were able to connect.
