We arrived at the airport, our flight had been delayed. We went to our pick up location an no one was there. We called numerous times over the span of an hour. We called the dispatch number and were put on hold...and transferred and on hold. When I finally talked to our driver he told me maybe I should get Uber instead and cancel him. I explained to him that I had paid in advance.....and he should pick us up. He did but the vehicle he came in was in terrible shape inside, and we drove for 20 minutes with him changing radio stations. Our preplanned car service cost $50 and a lot of time and frustration,

Our transport wasn’t there. I had to call 3 times before someone answered. We had requested an SUV but ended up with 4 of us in a little Nissan. The driver was very nice but not pleased we had to wait and were cramped in our transportation

Our transfer didn’t show up and when we rang the said it wasn’t a working number we were exhausted after a nine hour flight and had to fifty dollars to get our hotel
