I thought I was booking a nice private transfer as a special treat with cars as shown in the photo. What arrived was an Uber driver who also worked for this company. It would have been quicker to get in the Uber line at the airport than wait for this driver to show up. The car was the dirtiest Uber I have ever been in with no air conditioning on a 90 degree day. To make matters worse, we paid 3 times as much as a regular Uber would have cost from the airport. Do not book this through Viator or Carmel Car & Limo Service. Complete rip-off.
