Carmel's customer service department is horrible. I had a booking through viator and chose the hotel from a drop down menu and when trying to register the booking was told it was booked wrong and they cancelled the booking. Viator did not have a option for the city she wanted me to choose and she was no help at all. I will NEVER work with this company. ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE
