The vendor cancelled at the last minute leaving me no way to get to my hotel from the airport. This was a bad experience.

I will bash this company. Horrible. Left us stranded at SALT LAKE CITY airport. They tried to notify us while we were on plane. How dumb is that!! I called the day of to let them know that we had a plane delay. Was told no problem we are watching your flight. Only to land and find we had absolutely no way to get to park city. I wii NEVER recommend this company at all. When asked I was supposed to do she said I can’t help you. Figure it out. So no NEVER use this company!!

I would not recommend this service for the following reasons.
1. When we arrived at the airport and contacted the service provider as instructed we were advised that the service had been at the airport to collect us approximately 6 hour earlier that day eventhough no flight and arrival details had been provided.
2. It took about 30 minutes for the vehicle to arrive and it turned out to be another service provider to the one listed on the voucher.
3. This new service then advised that there was an additional 15 surcharge and that other customers had been placed in a similar situations and expected to pay this additional cost.
4. We were forced due to the lateness of the hour to pay this additional cost.
