  • Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five passengers per sports utility vehicle
  • Face masks required for travellers in public areas
  • Transportation vehicles regularly sanitised
  • Facemasks are mandatory for drivers & passengers. Vehicles regularly sanitized. Drivers maintain maximal physical distance possible. Drivers open & close car doors/trunks to minimize passenger contact.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

I was asked to pay an additional USD30 while waiting for my luggage and clearing customs which took 45 mins. When the booking was made, it was stated that additional charges apply for waiting time beyond an hour. I had no choice but I agreed to pay and when I asked for a receipt, the driver said he wood send me one via WhatsApp, it did not come. When I wrote to Viator to give my feedback, they took more than a week to reply and said since I agreed to pay the additional charges, they will not give me the refund. I have not asked for refunds, but asked for a receipt which they did not provide as well. I do not recommend you to book your transport with Viator. It is cheaper to take a Grab in the US.

Being able to book and private transport to hotel versus other limited public transit. I initially booked with another and they cancelled 2 days before trip. Glad I found you all.

I think Mustafa took care of me with attention to detail that was reassuring me that all the arrangements would be timely. He confirmed his pick up and delivery information and stood by it. This was my first experience with this company, and I wasn't able to know how conscientious they were. But they were!
