BEWARE!!
There was open communication between myself and this company through the messaging system in Viator. I even followed their instructions of filling out the form in their personal link just for the next day to arrive at the airport, call them as they said, after I picked up my luggage , stayed on hold for ever and ended up calling a different number I had for them, just to be told that my pick up was canceled!! No one called me or messaged me, my confirmation email and ticket didnāt say cancel⦠the person on the lines give me another number to call, which I was then told by the representative that indeed my pick up was canceled because they had no driver in the area, AFTER they confirmed the day before that all was ok!
I called Viator and was told they didnāt show that the pick up was canceled so I waited AGAIN as they called the company to confirm. Anyway, I got my refund back and will make sure I NEVER use them again. I scheduled an Uber which arrived in 5 minutes and was much cheaper, friendly, and efficient.
