Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

Difficult to rate this particular experience - all of our dealings with the service supplier up to the point of requiring the service were good and the issue we had was caused not by the supplier but by the entry to USA taking over 2 hours due to IT issues and by the instructions on the voucher being incorrect - they told us to call the supplier once we had collected our bags from the carousel. By that time the supplier did not have any cars available and we had to find a taxi which actually was in practice easier and did not cost us any more that the voucher!

After we found driver and made contact I can't fault the service. Driver friendly and helpful and we made it easily to hotel - phew!
The number on the instruction page was incorrect and I spent a few times calling Carmel for assistance. This is a pain as international mobile.
Anyhow we got there in the end , shame a bit of time wasted till we got our car.
