The company never showed up and left us high and dry at the airport!! I had booked through Expedia for the first time but had to keep in touch with Carmel car service for 3 months with flight arrival info which changed 4 times. They texted me while I was in the air that they had no car for us. When I called they said I should get a ride back on the last day also. My husband and I are beyond mad!! How can they get away with this!! This was also paid on advance.
