The plane had just landed, we were not even to the gate yet, and they called wondering where we were, I told him we had just landed and he said to call and let them know where we were. And nobody was there. We were on the phone with somebody for 10 - 15 minutes, then we get a call and said they would be another 30 minutes before they could pick us up. not fun waiting, we could of gotten an uber easier
