Upon our 10pm arrival at SeaTac airport I called the number provided. I gave the person my booking ref # and advised her I was waiting outside for our pickup. I was told I would be put through to the dispatcher. I was placed on hold for several minutes. Finally someone answered and I told him we were waiting for our transfer. He seemed confused and said he was located in New York (??) and would have to call the driver. I was then advised we would be picked up in 20 minutes and if not, to call him back. We waited 25 minutes. I called him back and he said the driver would be there in 20 minutes. Yes, he did get there eventually. But from the info I had received after booking, I was under the impression that the driver would be waiting nearby, as they had our flight info & would be tracking the flight. This was clearly not the way it was done. I expected more efficient and professional service.
