Unable to give a good review. Charged extra when husband on the morning 8th April. Said we where no being picked up till we paid the difference for the Tampa transfer. Also our transfer from New Orleans hotel to our Airport flight no show or phone call. We had to pay for a taxi. Still out pocket. Then we arrived at Tampa no show. Maybe communication problem. Maybe the block wasn't lifted. We are not to blame we paid in February the price we where quoted. We paid that morning of the 8th April. My husband asked what time was pick up for our transfer that day 11 am. Waited 20mins. Sorry was not missing our flight for communication problems and wrong quotes. Thank you. Hopefully you can resolve the matter. So we cancelled our transfer to Airport on the 15th received 46 pounds in our account. My 60th feels a let down my this transfer company. Please investigate. One very unhappy birthday.

The driver did not turn up! We rang the numbers that you gave us but were told that they were not operational. Eventually I got through to be passed from one person to another and left on hold until my phone credit ran out. When I got to my hotel by standard taxi and had access to Wi-Fi, I discovered that the driver had been using Whatā€™s app to contact me. This had not been mentioned. Given that you had my phone number I donā€™t understand why this wasnā€™t phoned or texted. We were at the airport an hour and a half trying to get in touch. Waste of time. Very disappointing start to my holiday. I would like my money back for such a poor service.
