The driver was pleasant, the ride to the hotel was enjoyable. However, it is poor business to call me the day of my trip and tell me about sneaky, hidden fees and to bring cash to pay for them. Companies with integrity post all fees on their website so the buyer is aware prior to traveling. Females do not carry large sums of cash on them because of the danger of being robbed. It would have been more professional to have your fees posted and permit the consumer to pay those fees upfront when booking rather than calling me hours before my flight to tell me you have a hidden financial surprise for me. Did not appreciate that maneuver. While I would like to give the driver a 5 star rating, your business practice warrants only a 1
