Driver was prompt; car was clean; driver was friendly and informative. Would definitely use again in another city as I found out Reagan Airport was so close to our hotel, we could have cabbed it for one-half the price (which we did on the return trip).

When we confirmed our booking 48 hours before pick up, we had organised a limo, (booked months ahead of time), we were told none are available and sent a normal car! We were told the car was at the same rate as the limo???????? Then we had to pay an extra $20 for parking, plus tip. We had to call the them twice to tell them we were at the airport and we had to go and find them. They had all our flight details so would clearly know when we arrived.

I have not receive the service. I call the company from the airport informed a change about the airport arrival and they told me that they should make the changes but the service never came. We arrived to the airport late en the midnight and there was not a counter service open. So we had to take a regular taxi.
