Really great service from our driver David! He texted before we left California for Seatlle. He texted again once we arrived. He was there within minutes. Polite, respectful and friendly!

Viator had confirmed my reservation and sent me my ticket number and identification of type of vehicle which would be providing my transport. However, when I got off my flight at destination Viator sent me an email cancelling the service saying they would be unable to provide the service. I had to make last minute arrangements with help from my hotel for transport from the airport. Viator should never have confirmed the reservation if they were unable to provide the service.
