We had 4 family members and luggage for a cruise. I specifically requested a large enough vehicle for all of us. When we arrived there was an issue trying to contact our driver. When we found him, he was driving a mid size Suv. We barely had room for us and luggage on held on our laps. Next time listen to what I requested.

Though there was a 'police' incident which delayed us getting our baggage, the driver was unwelcoming and played a LOUD french radio program which we did not understand and sucked on a lollipop all the way and drove one handed and did not talk to us during the journey or ask us about our plans. He did say that the company may charge us more because of the delay and he could miss another job, but the delay was not our fault and I kept him informed all the time and specifically asked him to inform the company about the situation as there was nothing we could do due to the police closing the baggage area for a long time and our baggage was not delivered from the aircraft.

Poor communication between company and driver in regards to our meeting point. I booked a private transport so that the driver would meet us an arrivals. What I got was an Uber driver. I could have booked that myself.
