This was by far the BEST limo service we have ever received and we’ve used many various limo services as we travel frequently in and out of the country. The text communication was excellent, drivers arrived promptly and were excellent in their driving skills. The price was a few dollars over cab but meeting you at the airport carousel at 9pm in pouring rain in Vegas and in the hotel lobby at 4AM well that speaks volumes. Highly recommend we purchased through Expedia.

I originally hired for a driver to take us from DPS airport to our Hotel in UBud. Our driver let me know that he had already arrived and was waiting for us in the arrival hall. He was very pleasant and polite made small talk and answered all my questions about the city. He got us to our hotel & even made sure we were able to check in before leaving. We decided to hire him again for a day trip (10 hrs ). We told him what we wanted to do & see and he was able to take us to do everything on our list plus an added tour. Needless to say we hired him a 3 time on our last day & hoped we had tine to do some last minute souvenir shopping and once again ARIE came thru for us. He definitely knows his city and recommended the best spots & even gave us tips on how to get the best prices. I not only got to see the beautiful city but I also got to learn & experience the city thanks to ARIE!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful city & taking good care of us!

I too was expecting a nicer car/sedan when I booked. I got a mini van on both trips. I received a confirmation email the day of my arrival, and emailed my driver when I arrived and was picked up within 10 minutes. The van was kind of run down, driver was nice enough and got me to my hotel. I had a 5am pick up arranged for my ride back to the airport, and again had a minivan, but it did have free water and snacks (I didnt' care about that since it was 5am). But I got to the air port fine. This is NOT a sedan/limo service as you are lead to believe. But it was NOT a shared ride, which I wanted to avoid. I would use them again, with lower expectations....it was inexpensive. Good, but not great....
