Getting picked up was a bad experience. The car was a very small sedan, the ac was broken, the driver had the music loud and was not really helpful. He did get us to our destination.

The driver did not show. I called and he said that he wasn’t coming to pick us up. He told me to contact the company. I was traveling with my young daughter and we were stranded. My fear was that we would arrive at midnight and have no ride. That is my reason for reserving the private car. Luckily, it was easy to get a cab. There were other people with private cars and their drivers were waiting for them as we approached baggage claim. Now I am putting in a claim to get my money back. A claim that will take up to three days to process.
