Perfect pick up. Spoke to someone and got a text saying which car and driver and picked up from exact point. Great service.

This was not as advertised by Viatar. The car was not waiting. We waited >15 minutes. He was not holding a sign but rather waved his car number out the window. he didn't help with luggage and only spoke to us for payment.

Just note that if you book for a large group this company is incapable of servicing. I booked for six people, was told we could have two bags each, they showed with an suv that could tightly hold six people with one bag. After half of the group was turned away to get an Uber because the driver was such an a@*%ole about it, the driver immediately asked for his tip before we had even left the airport. Seriously?! We are from Vegas, we tip and would’ve tipped well, but this garbage bag asking for his tip was it for me. Do not use this company, get an Uber or taxi, there are plenty!
