Our guide was very nice, but difficult to understand and gave false information about NYC. He believed the English originally settled Manhattan, not the Dutch. Still a pedicab ride is the best way to see the park.

Lots of laughs, good stories and pictures of all the famous spots in Central Park. Bill was full of anecdotes and brought us to a number of great photo ops.

Lots to see and hear about, but I was very disappointed in the tour guide. He started the tour with "do you know the name of the first illegal immigrant in New York?" and was referring to Christopher Columbus. I thought it was funny, but I was concerned about the hiring practices especially for the price. He said he was vaccinated, but who knows? Early on I asked about some of the places we stopped, but he didn't really know much about them; he seemed to have memorized a script and eventually admitted that he hadn't seen any of the TV shows or movies he was referencing. Towards the end, he was very condescending. Some other pedicab driver buzzed us once and pulled in front of us on purpose and he didn't say anything. It's not like the experience was ruined, but for this price I expect a professional. The top of the castle was closed due to Covid, but everything else was amazing. Great views, tons to see, very rich history, definitely worth going on the longer tour. I would recommend a different company though.
