We booked a one hour Central Park tour for the morning November 5, 2022. Our guide was unaware that the NY Marathon was holding events at his usual entrance that day so we were rerouted to another park entrance. On the way to the second park entrance our guide got a flat tire which required him to change the inter-tube in the tire. He did not have a spare tube so he walked away to go get one and we never saw him again. We waited next to the bicycle for a half hour. We literally never made it into the park. Pedicab guides should carry spare tubes and check the health of their tires before leaving each day. I ride bikes and do these simple things, and I don't even do it for a living. Pedicab guides should also know what events are going on so that they can make adjustments to their routes ahead of time. If an unanticipated issue happens to a guide's bicycle, I understand and sympathize, but the company should make an effort to have extra pedicabs around to switch out so that the customers don't end up getting screwed out of $110.

Dear James, Customer satisfaction is our priority, our guides are well trained, experienced and aware of the events in Central Park, especially largest annual marathon. Your guide was Moussa, he has over 15 years touring experience, if you check the reviews he is praised by all the customers. The tour guide was taking you towards the secondary entrance and giving you information regarding the surroundings when unfortunately he got a flat tire, this is a very rare instance and we apologize for the inconvenience. From what we know, you agreed to wait by his pedicab, so he could quickly get a spare tube, however on his return within 15 minutes you were nowhere to be found, he called you several times and left a message, but you never replied. Nor you contacted our office. Normally our guides always have a spare tube, but that day he borrowed it to his friend, itā€™s just a rare unlucky situation. We want all our customers to have the best experience, and want to make it right. Please email contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to work it out.

Benny did an outstanding job showing us around & giving us some history of Central Park. Weā€™ve been to NYC numerous times but has never seen as much of the park as we did on this tour. Highly recommend!!
