Took the amazing 2 hour Central Park tour recently with 3 other family members, what a truly fabulous tour and way to spend an afternoon! Our tour guides Tam & Noel were just the best!!! So friendly, fun, professional & informative, they made this a wonderful excursion to remember. Many thanks Ruth

Best place to rent a bike before going to Central Park! Wonderful customer service, attentive friendly staff. They have a great selection of bikes which are really in good condition.

Visited two branches (Central Park and East Broadway) using the NY Sightseeing Pass to rent bikes. Bikes in the Central Park branch bit older but worked ok. Newer bikes in second shop. In East Broadway branch we were told we had to pay insurance on top of our pass redemption. Felt it was strange that a bike rental company doesnā€™t insure its own bikes and that it was apparently brought in as a compulsory measure between our visits (a week apart).
