The guys got us our bikes quickly. Not very friendly. If you have the NYC sight seeing pass you only get 2 hours to borrow the bikes. Once we had gotten our bikes we rode down a block and a half and just out of curiosity stopped at the Central Park Bike Tours bike shop, asked how many hours was included with the NY sight seeing pass...turns out you get their bikes for the FULL day, kids get helmets and our locks included at no extra charge, also you are not required to buy insurance. So we headed back to Fancy Bike shop and returned our bikes right away. The guys there told us why we were returning them, they weren’t too happy, telling us that the other shop required you to purchase their insurance and bike helmets and locks were at an additional charge...this is all not true. Being Canadian and polite I didn’t ask for my sight seeing voucher to be reimbursed nor did they offer. Really doesn’t feel great being cheated giving business to a company that doesn’t deserve it. Anyways we thought it was worth using up an additional NY sight seeing pass with the other company for the convince in having the bike for the full day which worked out great, we had time to bike around Central Park, visited the zoo and toured the American Museum of Natural History...sVed is money from taking taxis.

Fantastic SUPER INFORMATIVE FUN bike ride guided by Serg! Thank you Serg for your extensive knowledge of Central Park and New York! A guided bike tour is definitely the way to introduce yourself to the park. Easy riding, mostly flat. We had a Sunday morning 10 am tour- was perfect!

Went around Central Park this morning , Yuri was our guide and he was fantastic. Stopped for us to take photos and he was very informative. Highly recommend Fancy Apple 🍎
