You select your start-time, any time between: 8:00am - 2:00pm.
3 hours are included, however you can shorten or extend your private tour as needed.

Your captain is a Merchant Marine Captain with over 30 years on the water will tour you around Sitka Sound, around the Saint Lazaria Islands and Mt. Edgecumbe - our local volcano.

We are located out of Sitka on the western side of Baranof Island, in beautiful Southeast Alaska. We are owned and operated by year-round resident, adventure outfitter. He states, "There's no place I'd rather be or explore than Southeast Alaska. Here we have the bounty of the Pacific Ocean at our doorstep with over 18,000 miles of coastline encompassing the Tongass National Forest, the largest temperate rain forest in the northern hemisphere. Our mission is to provide our guests with the greatest sea and coastal adventures out there, while providing an element of added safety as we explore one of the most beautiful places on the edges of the earth."

In August 2024, we camped in a Cabin on an island near Sitka, Alaska (Kruzov Island), which we had been planning for a year. (3 nights in Cabin, town of Sitka, 6 nights including before and after) 8/27/2024-9/5/2024 We used Outer Coast Charters to get from the town of Sitka to the island and back. Some camping equipment cannot be carried on airplanes, and may be purchased or rented locally needed. Captain Chris of Outer Coast Charters, in a prior email exchange, explained what the camp needed, Information on what to buy or rent locally, plus the Cabin I'm planning to visit (Brent's Beach Cabin) We have received a lot of appropriate and valuable information on related topics. Captain Chris himself seems to have a lot of camping experience and can handle requests to rent camping equipment. (I rented mattresses, LED lanterns, etc.) They also included Whale/Wildlife Watching Tours on my request when travelling between town and island. During my stay, on August 29, there was a major internet communication failure in the town of Sitka, but I was not able to I am very grateful for all the advice and help I received until I left town. If you are considering activities such as visiting the town of Sitka and visiting nearby islands, please visit Outer Coast I would encourage you to contact Captain Charter Chris. （Tokyo, Japan）
