Overview

Sandys Supper Club's cooking class was founded with the belief that we can provide an intimate dining service to those living on or visiting the island. It’s about bringing the dining experience to the guest.

We source all of our food locally within the Hawaiian islands, spending a significant amount of time working with local farms to source the product for your event.

Our menu is about celebrating the fish, meat, produce & tropical fruit of Kauai. Each menu is carefully crafted to the guests needs.

Ultimately our hope is that real local food prepared with love and intention can be celebrated. The philosophy at Sandys Supper Club is to treat both our guests and food with respect.

Andy gave us an unforgettable dining experience while our family was in Kauai on vacation. His years of culinary experience in education was a treat to watch and made us all wish we had that talent. Thank you Andy for the amazing food and incredible service! Can’t wait to do it again.

Andy does an excellent job of balancing creative flavors and classics. At our meal, the creative flavor was a delicious ice cream with a Hawaiian fruit that I had never heard of. The classic was perfectly cooked local fish, served simply with herbs and lemon. While he cooked some delicious sides too, those two dishes stood out to me and showed his range as a chef. He was also engaging and knowledgeable when I wanted to learn what he was doing. Dinner with Andy was a great experience and I'll definitely have him cook for me again.

Chef Andy is truly amazing. He catered dinner for my friends and me, all of the food was local and super fresh. The menu was creative, presented beautifully and cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend to anyone.
