AVOID. Bad news. Horrendous. Unresponsive. Unprofessional. Tour guide never showed. No response to my MANY attempts to contact them. But somehow they found the time to charge my card and confirm the tour. SHAME ON VIATOR and shame on TourDCwithUS LLC. I had guests from outside the USA visiting DC and this was completely embarrassing.

Lorna and Dante were amazing. We called them a week before our trip as some of what we booked had fallen through from another vendor for our five person family trip. They worked with us to customize what we wanted to see and we're in general delightful to work with. Timing was great and they accommodated at each location for my 80 year old mother as well, being able to take her walker and go slower. We did two half day (4hr) tours. They also went above and beyond to get us tickets for two items that were sold out on days we weren't with them. Price was very reasonable for service provided. Thank you both, Dante and Lorna. We hope to tour with you again in the future.
