Our SUV was cancelled last minute leaving us scrambling to find a ride. I still have not received a refund and company was very unhelpful with getting me one.

This is a review of Viator and not this service. We scheduled this service to transport us from our hotel to the airport the following morning and we’re contacted within minutes by the service to let us know that they were completely booked and couldn’t take us. They instructed us to contact Viator to secure a refund. I immediately contacted Viator only to be told that due to their “cancellation policy “ that I could not secure a refund. In addition, Viator told me that I had scheduled the service not for the next day but for that very day and they had us down as being booked to be picked up more than 11 hours BEFORE I had even scheduled the service. When it was pointed out that that would require a time machine to pull off the agent continued to repeat that I could not receive a refund for the service that couldn’t be provided due to their “cancellation policy “. Bottom line is I would advise everyone NOT to use Viator for anything as they cannot be trusted! They deserve zero stars.

You never showed up to for our transfer to the airport. We called several times and had no answer. We ended up using Uber. Our experience was awful.
