Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

I rang during the week to confirm transfer. They told me all was well and they would be there considering the didn’t turn up previously from airport to hotel. I received and email past bed time wanting more money or the wasnt going to be there to get us as there was somehow a discrepancy in the address. Again, left stranded. Disgusting service.

I was over charged toll fee to and from Logan airport. Total for both was $18.50. Considering how much I paid for the ride each way for two people was $56 each way. Both drivers where dishonest.
