We call to verify that they was picking us up at noon, and know car show up. We keep calling no one answer. We had to pay 50.00 dollars for a cab to take us to the airport. Put in a claim to get my money back, this is poor service.

I pre paid for a transfer from the Charleston airport to vacation rental days in advance. The transfer canceled on me day of arrival. I would NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I also pre paid for return trip to airport which also never happened. Now American Express is handling getting my money back.
