Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Very pleased with the standard of the vehicle. Driver was late arriving to pick us up at the airport and quite unsociable. The return trip from the city centre was excellent and the driver was really helpful.

Believe us we wish we had booked this service both ways!! The car transferred us from our Hotel in downtown Chicago right to the door at O'Hare Airport. Took approx. 50mins. Our journey in from the airport when we arrived took us nearly 2.5hrs. in a shared minibus and cost us approx. the same for two passengers. The car company even had water in the back for us and their vehicles and driver were immaculate. We felt like VIPs in the back of this plush car - book it you won't be disappointed!!!

The trip far exceeded my expectations. Even though my husband booked an SUV, they picked me up in a stretch limo. When I inquired as to why the limo-I was informed that it was because that is all they had available at the time. More unprofessional companies would have simply no showed for the appointment. Therefore, I highly recommend this company's service for all future trips.
