Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

I recently used Viator's car service while in Chicago. Both of my drivers were very professional and prompt. Having reliable transportation is so important when traveling out of town, and Viator provided awesome accommodations. I will definitely use their services again!

Booking#: BR-696078050 No car there at the time agreed. Even after 25 min waiting time and different phone calls: no car! To be sure to get our flight we had to take a taxi to the airport and to pay the fare by ourselves. Please refund the amount we paid for this booking. Thank you and best regards. Paul Saner.
