Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Very comfortable journey with an excellent and interesting driver. The only reason I've rated it 4 rather than 5 is due to the local office sending the driver to the wrong hotel! An interesting phone call from the office alerted us to this - telling us the driver was outside our hotel talking to the doorman - no, he isn't, WE are outside the hotel talking to the doorman... We were then able to correct them - we were at the Four Seasons, not the Four Point Sheraton. As a result, the highly apologetic driver was about 25 minutes late in picking us up. He showed us the instructions he had received, which confirmed to us that it wasn't his fault - which we knew anyway, given the address the office had told us he had been sent to. My printed confirmation (from the local provider) proved that it wasn't our fault either. Luckily we had allowed plenty of time for the transfer. Other than that mix up - a very comfortable way to get to the airport.
