Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

Limo arrived on time at our hotel. Driver polite and immediately got our luggage on board and the drive to airport was fine. Limo itself was clean but the area around the drinks cabinet could have done with a clean and polish. Drinks, beer and coke ,were provided and kept cool in ice.

As per my instructions, I had called the company to confirm my departure transfer details 12 hrs prior to pick up. Driver was late, had to call company again. It was cold outside so we waited inside the hotel lobby for the driver. We saw a black sedan drive by the entrance of the hotel very slowly; we picked up our luggage and went outside only to realize that the driver had not stopped and continued to drive and tried to waive him down. We waited for about 5-10 minutes to see if the driver would come back. I called the company to advise them of this and they were going to call the driver. The driver finally came by 10 minutes later and apologized for being late, so we really do not know if the first car that drove by was for us and did not stop or if In fact the driver was 20 minutes late! Not impressed as we had a flight to get. Our arrival transfer service from the airport to hotel was great.
