Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine

Our driver was good but the size of the limo was a little small for 6 people. He couldn't fit all the luggage in the trunk so one had to ride up front with him. We only had one bag per person so it was not like we were travelling with extra bags. A little cramped with 3 to a seat.

HORRIBLE! I called the night before to confirm my 10:00 am pick up. By 10:15 the drive had not arrived so I called Carmel Car and Limousine Service and was transferred so many times and told so many excuses between there is no reservation to VIATOR had not transferred the reservation to them. By 10:45 I had to catch a cab to make sure I made my flight. I have called 4 times and left message and no one has returned my call. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

It was fun to ride in a limo again! The driver had great music on and the light show in the back was great!!!
